You’ll find Shoreline Sauna off Marine Parade in Lyme Regis, at the corner of the Sandy Beach beside the Harbour Inn’s beachside seating. It’s a handmade wood-fired sauna, run at around 80°C, with views over the harbour and along the Jurassic Coast to Golden Cap. The sea is right there for a dip all year round. Private hire takes up to six, and there are men’s, women’s and silent community sessions too.
