This is where Sea Scrub started: a wood-fired Nordic barrel sauna on Margate Main Sands, now joined by an electric cube sauna with wide sea views. Between rounds you can use the whisky-barrel cold plunges or walk straight into the sea. A pod on site sells coffee and drinks, and Wednesday mornings bring wake-up Aufguss sessions, where a sauna master works scented steam round the room.
