Sauna Hetta sits among the dunes behind Druridge Bay, and you check in at The Barn on the Bay at Hemscott Hill Farm before your session. The sauna is wood-fired, with cold-plunge buckets beside it and the North Sea a short walk across the sand for an optional dip. Alongside the community sessions there are sunrise, high-tide and full-moon rituals, and a spa bar stocked by a local apothecary.
