Mareel is Lerwick’s harbourside arts venue — the UK’s most northerly cinema and live-music hall, with a cafe-bar looking over the water. Handy to know if the Shetland weather turns: two cinema screens, gigs, and a decent spot for a coffee or a pint. On the waterfront in Lerwick, a short walk from the Shetland Museum.
