Shetland Sea Salt is a small Scalloway producer hand-harvesting sea salt from the clean waters around the local mussel farms — and a Great Taste award winner. It’s a maker rather than somewhere to visit, but you’ll find the salt in shops across Shetland and online, and it’s a nice thing to take home from the islands.
