Bognor Regis has Luna Hut’s newest sauna, a wood-fired hut on The Promenade east of the pier, with changing cubicles and deckchairs outside for between rounds. The beach is right below for sea dips, and there are public showers nearby from May to October. Luna Hut was set up by Laura and Mike of the Luna Wave yoga studio in Brighton and runs other beach saunas along the Sussex coast.
