Roker’s beach below Marine Walk is one of H3O Beach Saunas’ regular Sunderland pitches, a few minutes’ walk from its yacht club spot. The portable sauna is wood-fired, with stones for steam, and the North Sea is a few steps down the beach when you need to cool off. Some dates here double up with full-moon silent saunas and sound baths run with local wellbeing groups.
