A neat restored harbour tucked below the Harbourmaster’s House, just east of Kirkcaldy. Dysart stood in for the French port of Le Havre in Outlander, and the tight stone quays and old warehouses still look the part. The Fife Coastal Path runs right through, and there’s a visitor centre and café in the Harbourmaster’s House. Kirkcaldy station is under 3km to the south-west.
