Despite the name, Arisaig Sauna has moved south to a working family croft in Moidart. The converted horsebox has a wood burner and a picture window, and ducks, chickens and dogs wander past it. You cool off in an old cowboy bath or under a watering-can shower. The bothy shop doubles as the changing room and sells the croft’s eggs and Glenfinnan coffee.
