The Lochailort Inn is a roadside inn where the A861 meets the Road to the Isles, a long-standing halt for travellers heading on to Mallaig and the ferries. It does bar food and rooms, with Loch Ailort on the doorstep. The tiny Lochailort station sits right beside it if you’re coming by train on the West Highland line.
