The Waterside is a bistro-pub beside the old Nungate Bridge in Haddington, right on the River Tyne with St Mary’s church just across the water. Seasonal Scottish cooking in a cosy riverside setting — a lovely spot to sit out in summer. Drem is the nearest station, some 6km north.
