The Rising Sun, Altarnun

The Rising Sun is a 16th-century free house on the edge of Altarnun, on the north-eastern side of Bodmin Moor. A walkers’ and locals’ pub, it makes a good stop near the moor and the village’s grand church of St Nonna below.
