Coombeshead is a guesthouse and working farm across sixty-odd Cornish acres, where a set menu is built almost entirely from what’s grown, reared and baked on site, heritage-grain sourdough included. Meals are convivial and firmly of the land around them. Pair a stay with the keep at Launceston Castle to the north-east, or the great granite church of St Nonna at nearby Altarnun.
