Grace & Savour is the Michelin-starred heart of Hampton Manor, a Victorian house the Hill family run as a self-styled foodie estate. Chef David Taylor’s tasting menus are built around the estate’s own walled garden and a regenerative, homegrown ethos, served within the garden itself. It is walkable countryside once you leave the manor: the Grand Union Canal towpath lies a couple of miles west, with the Heart of England Way not much further to the south-east.
