A rambling half-timbered house near Wing, once a Rothschild home and given to the National Trust in 1949, stands among terraced lawns that slope toward the Vale of Aylesbury. The gardens mix clipped topiary — including a yew and box sundial planted for Leopold de Rothschild — with a lily pond, herbaceous borders and fine specimen trees. Opening is seasonal and ticketed. Leighton Buzzard station is about 3km north-east.
