Set alone on a steep grassy mound above the vale, the church at Edlesborough is a landmark for miles across the fields near Ivinghoe. The climb to the door is the price of the view. It’s a surprisingly large church for so isolated a spot, open at limited hours. Ivinghoe Beacon rises a few miles east if you’re making a day of the ridge.
