Swannay Brewery is a farmstead brewery on the north-west tip of the Mainland, near Evie, best known for Scapa Special — a hoppy pale ale that’s picked up national awards. There’s a taproom for a pint or a coffee, and you’ll find the beers in bars and shops across Orkney. A good pairing with a walk along the nearby Sands of Evie.
