Stockan’s has been baking Orkney oatcakes in Stromness for well over a century, and its crisp oatcakes now sell right across the UK. The bakery is a production site rather than a shop to tour, but the oatcakes are everywhere on the islands and go perfectly with a wedge of Orkney cheese.
