Laceys Cheese is a small family dairy at Reeth in Swaledale, hand-making Wensleydale-style cheeses along with smoked cheddars and blues. It’s an artisan operation rather than a visitor attraction, so you’re most likely to find the cheeses in local shops and at markets — check before turning up to buy at the door. Reeth’s green, with Two Dales Bakery on it, is worth the trip regardless.
