Domaine Evremond is the English sparkling-wine venture of Champagne house Taittinger, planted on the chalk near Chilham — the first time a big Champagne producer has invested here. The cellar door opened in April 2025, with a terrace, tastings and tours; book ahead, though walk-ins can taste on the terrace. Chilham station is about 2km to the south-east.
