St Peter’s stands at the top of Ruthin’s market square, a collegiate church founded in 1310. Look up inside: the northern nave carries an early-Tudor oak roof carved with over 400 panels of flowers, badges and heraldry, traditionally said to have been a gift from Henry VII. Open to visitors.
