Wiseman’s Bridge is a small pebble-and-sand beach linked to Saundersfoot by a level path through wooded former coal-tramway tunnels — an easy, flat walk between the two. In 1943 the sands here were used for large-scale D-Day landing rehearsals, which Winston Churchill came to watch. There’s a pub by the beach and a car park alongside. Kilgetty station is about 2km to the west.
