Manorbier is a sandy bay ringed by dunes and low cliffs, with medieval Manorbier Castle looking down from the valley behind. It picks up enough swell to draw surfers, and rock pools appear as the tide drops. The coast path east leads round to Church Doors Cove. Manorbier station is about 2km inland.
