Freshwater East is a sandy bay backed by dunes on the south Pembrokeshire coast, calmer and quieter than the surf beach of Freshwater West it shares a name with. There’s a car park behind the dunes and a slipway, and the coast path runs off in both directions. Lamphey station is under 3km north.
