A shingle beach at the very head of Loch Ness, and the spot for the classic view straight down the length of the loch. It’s open access with roadside parking, an easy-to-reach place to take in the Great Glen’s most famous stretch of water (keep an eye out for Nessie if you’re that way inclined). Around 12km south-west of Inverness.
