You Can Sauna’s Weston sauna stands on the plaza beside Marine Lake, at the north end of the seafront near the RNLI building, looking over the lake to the Bristol Channel. It’s wood-fired and run hot, aiming for around 90°C. Free sessions are available through social prescribing for people referred by GPs and link workers. Marine Lake is public water, not part of the booking, and the operator says any swim there is at your own risk.
