In summer 2026 You Can Sauna moved its flagship sauna from Haldon Forest Park to a woodland spot a few minutes away at Mamhead, run with Forestry England. It’s a wood-fired sauna built by Baltic sauna makers, with several cold plunges and a fire pit for between rounds. The site is off-grid, with no running water or showers, so come showered and bring plenty to drink. From the Mamhead car park it’s a short signed walk.
