The sauna sits next to the harbour slipway, so there’s always water to dip in, from under a metre at low tide to over four at high. Eight fit inside around a Harvia wood-burning stove, with cold showers and buckets of fresh water outside. Park at Kennedy Park by Dunure Castle and it’s about a five-minute walk down.
