Whitby Wellbeing parks its trailer sauna at Hazel Grove, where the lower promenade ends past the pier and the row of beach huts, in a sheltered spot below the wooded cliffs. Sessions last an hour and run on most days of the week. A dip in the North Sea between rounds is optional, and the operator is clear that it’s at your own risk.
