Katie and friends had been swimming in the sea for three years when Chris built this sauna inside one of their kayak sheds at Dunard in Castlebay. It has its own fenced deck, so you can sit in a barrel plunge at 7 to 10°C and look up at the stars. The sea is a three-minute walk away, and local swimmers can come straight from a dip. Up to four share a session.
