The Castlebay Hotel looks out over the bay at Castlebay on Barra, with Kisimul Castle sitting on its islet just offshore. The bar and restaurant both make the most of the view and local seafood. It’s right above the ferry pier, so it’s the obvious first or last stop if you’re crossing to or from Oban.
