Georgina Herbert moved from London to Hampshire, took up sea swimming, then fell for sauna on a trip to Bridport and brought one home. The Solent Sauna is a mobile wood-fired cabin parked on the Solent Beach Path at the western end of Marine Parade West. It holds six for private hire, with shared seats sold in 30 and 60 minute slots, and the Solent is right there for a dip.
