You reach it by a short walk down the coast path from the New Polzeath parking. Through the big windows you look across to Gulland Rock, Stepper Point and Trevose Head. There are cold showers outside, though the operator encourages sea dips, and the Saunas by the Sea team hand-built the cabin themselves.
