Paul Ainsworth’s flagship occupies a Georgian townhouse a few streets back from Padstow harbour, where refined cooking is built on the day’s Cornish catch and produce. Warm, personable service matches the ambitious plates. It sits right on the Saints’ Way, and the South West Coast Path runs past the harbour just to the east, so a table here rounds off a clifftop walk or a wander through the old port.
