Prawle Point is the southernmost tip of Devon, a rocky headland where an old coastguard lookout — now kept by volunteer watchkeepers — stands above the sea. The scrubby ground below the cliffs is good for spotting migrant birds in spring and autumn, and the coast path runs right around the point. Park at East Prawle and walk down; no railway comes anywhere near.
