Kindred Sauna has two wood-fired Nordic saunas on the Knepp Estate, the West Sussex farm known for its rewilding project. Gaia seats eight for shared sessions, and Tara, the original, takes five or six on private hire. Both stand on the bank of a wild swimming pond, reached by following the Yoga Garden signs from the Knepp campsite car park. Swimming in the pond is unsupervised and at your own risk.
