Sharpley Camping is in the fields west of Seaham, and H3O Beach Saunas runs regular public sessions there through autumn and winter. A booking covers the sauna, a chilled plunge pool, a wood-fired hot tub and time by the fire pit, and you don’t need to be staying on the campsite. It’s H3O’s one inland spot, a change from its usual beaches at Roker and South Shields.
