Geevor, at Pendeen on the Tin Coast, is a 20th-century tin mine kept much as the miners left it when it closed. You can walk the surface processing works and, on the tour, go underground into an old adit. Paid entry, and a good half-day in wet weather. Botallack’s cliff engine houses are a short walk down the coast.
