Beside the road near Baltasound on Unst, you’ll find Bobby’s Bus Shelter — an ordinary bus stop that’s been furnished like a tiny living room and given a fresh theme every year. Sofa, ornaments, a visitors’ book, the lot. It’s one of those daft, brilliant island curiosities, well worth a stop if you’re heading up to Haroldswick or the north of Unst. Free, and right by the roadside.
