The Ullswater Inn sits in the middle of Glenridding, at the head of Ullswater and right below Helvellyn. Bar and rooms make it a handy base for the big walk up Striding Edge, or for the gentler option of catching the Ullswater Steamers from the pier just along the shore. A busy, well-placed spot in one of the finest corners of the eastern Lakes.
