Adam Handling’s country pub, named for the Scottish and Newcastle roots of the chefs behind it, turns out elevated pub cooking from seasonal British produce and the kitchen’s own gardens, with a firm no-waste ethos and rooms upstairs. Walk it off in Windsor Great Park just to the west, or drop down to the Thames Path along the river to the east.
