Set right on the Colwyn Bay promenade, Bryn Williams’s bistro is a big, easy, open-kitchen room where the day’s Menai oysters and Conwy mussels meet nostalgic British cooking. Williams wanted somewhere relaxed enough to wander into straight off the sand, and it shows. Walk it off along the Wales Coast Path, or carry on west to the gardens and parkland at Bodysgallen.
