Westbury Court Garden
Open to visitorsa National Trust place — check opening times and admission before you go
Westbury Court is the only restored 17th-century Dutch-style water garden in England, laid out beside the Severn between 1696 and 1705 — long straight canals, clipped yew, and a tall red-brick pavilion looking down the water. The National Trust rescued it in the 1960s, using a 1707 engraving by Johannes Kip as its guide. Small and formal rather than grand. Paid entry on limited days through the season, so check before setting out.
