Saltram is a Georgian mansion on the edge of Plymouth, home of the Parker family, set in a landscape park above the Plym estuary. Robert Adam designed the Saloon — finished in 1772 and one of his most complete surviving interiors — and the house hangs paintings by Joshua Reynolds, a local man and friend of the family. National Trust; the house is closed through 2026 for accessibility works, due to reopen in 2027, but the garden stays open on its usual paid ticket and the wider park is free to wander. Plymouth station is about 4km west.
