Lussa Gin is made by three women at Ardlussa, near the wild north end of Jura, from fifteen botanicals — many foraged on the island, from bog myrtle to sea lettuce and wild rose hips. They run tours and an online shop, and open weekdays 11am–4:30pm. Reaching this end of Jura is a commitment: ferry to Islay, the Feolin crossing, then a long single-track drive north. Deer Island Rum is made down at Craighouse.
