This is the hillside village church at Llanrhidian, looking north over the wide marshes and cocklebeds of the Loughor estuary. It carries a double dedication, to St Illtyd and St Rhidian, and keeps an old carved stone known as the Leper Stone by the porch. The village greens below run down towards the marsh; the church is open to visitors.
