Porth Ceiriad is a wide sandy bay tucked under crumbling cliffs on the south side of the Llŷn, a few miles from Abersoch. There’s no road down: you park at Nant-y-big farm and walk across fields and down a steep path to the sand. A surfing beach when there’s swell, and quiet the rest of the time.
