End-of-the-Llŷn pilgrim village by the sea.
Aberdaron sits at the far tip of the Llŷn, the last village pilgrims reached before the sea crossing to Bardsey Island. St Hywyn’s church stands right above the shore, and a mile of sand curves round the bay. Pwllheli, the nearest station, is about 22km back up the peninsula.
