An off-grid, wood-fired beach sauna at the bottom of the car park in Aberdaron, near the tip of the Llŷn
Save this place
Down at the bottom of the National Trust car park at Porth y Swnt, next to the beach in Aberdaron, Sauna Môr runs entirely off-grid, with no mains electricity or running water. You cool off in the Irish Sea, or with the buckets, jugs and watering cans of cold fresh water by the door. Community sessions take up to seven people, private ones eight, and there’s a cheaper Wednesday evening club.
