Two-mile pebble-banked surf beach.
Newgale is the big one on St Brides Bay: a two-mile run of sand behind a steep bank of storm pebbles, with the main coast road running right alongside. Reliable surf makes it a favourite for board hire and lessons, and there’s parking and a café at the southern end. Haverfordwest station is about 13km to the south-east.
